You should carefully read the following terms and
conditions before using this software.
OptimiStore is try-before-buy software. This means:

1. All copyrights to OptimiStore are exclusively owned by the author - Alexander Chulpanov.

2.1 You can use the FREE version of OptimiStore with restrictions applicable to unregistered version.
The DEMO (free) version allows adding 30 (thirty) items or less to catalog.
2.2 Commercial version.
The Commercial includes 1 (one) year of free software updates.

3. Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use OptimiStore on any number of licensee's computers, for any legal purpose. The registered OptimiStore software may not be rented or leased, but may be permanently transferred, if the person receiving it agrees to terms of this license. If the software is an update, the transfer must include the update and all previous versions.

4. Registered version allows distributing the work results by means of OptimiStore with no restrictions.

5. OptimiStore keyfiles may not be distributed outside of the area of legal control of the person or persons who purchased the original license, without written permission of the copyright holder. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Chulpanov Alexander

6. The OptimiStore free version, may be freely distributed, with exceptions noted below, provided the distribution package is not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of OptimiStore without written permission from the copyright holder. The OptimiStore unregistered trial version may not be bundled or distributed with any other package without written permission of the copyright holder.

- No person or company may distribute separate parts of the package without written permission of the copyright owner.

- OptimiStore free version may not be distributed inside of any other software package without written permission of the copyright owner.

- Hacks / crack, keys or key generators may not be included on the same distribution.

7. OPTIMISTORE IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. NEITHER THE AUTHOR NOR THE AGENTS OF THE AUTHOR WILL BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE

8. You are not allowed to use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, perform other types of reverse engineering, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as defined in this agreement. Unauthorized usage of any kind will result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

9. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Chulpanov Alexander.

10. Installing and using OptimiStore signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license.

11. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove OptimiStore files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
